Oral History: Thomas, Donald

Donald Thomas enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1969. He became a Criminal Investigator and a narcotic dog handler and went to Vietnam with his dog Khan from November 1969 until October 1970. Upon leaving Vietnam, Mr. Thomas was sent to Fort Hood, Texas, where he worked undercover narcotics, larceny, and homicide cases. He left the Army in 1971. He later went on to law enforcement and private investigation and opened a security company in Houston.
