Michael Sanchez, from Alice, Texas, joined the U.S. Marine Corps in 2015. He served in aviation as an aircraft electrical systems technician working on C-130’s. Mr. Sanchez spent time in Japan and New York. He left the Marine Corps in 2020 and graduated from Cornell University. He plans to attend grad school in the fall to become a clinical psychologist.
