Rudy Montes, a native Texan from San Antonio, joined the U.S. Army in 1990. While serving in the infantry, he had combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. After twenty years, Mr. Montes retired from the Army as a SFC and became a contractor for the State Department. He is now a managing partner with Phoenix Harvest, Inc., and resides in Central Texas.
