Rogelio Ledesma served in the U.S. Air Force from 1972 to 1992.
Mr. Rogelio Ledesma served in the U.S. Air Force from 1972 to 1992. He was an Aircraft Structural Mechanic and Technical Instructor and served as the Latin American Affairs Technical Advisor. He served with the 830th Air Division at Howard AFB Panama. Mr. Ledesma now resides in San Antonio, Texas.
