Richard King, a native Texan, entered the U.S. Air Force in 1965. He served as an Aircraft Maintenance Specialist assigned to the 3550 Training Wing at Moody Air Force Base in Valdosta, Georgia, until 1969. Mr. King now resides at the Clyde W. Cosper Texas State Veterans Home in Bonham, Texas.
