Frank Hansen served in the U.S. Army with a transport company during WWII in the India, China, Burma theater, and in particular in Iran. Shortly before departing for the war, he met his future wife in a drug store on 6th St. in Austin, Texas and they were married later that same night. They would be married for 72 years. Mr. Hansen now resides in Pflugerville, TX.
