Floyd Guest served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1946 to 1948.
Floyd Guest Jr. was in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1946 to 1948. In 1948, he served as the corporal commander of the honor firing squad at Arlington National Cemetery, and provided the honor escort for General "Black Jack" Pershing's funeral. He was commissioned in the USAFR in 1952 and served until 1968. Mr. Guest now resides in The Woodlands, Texas.
