Donald Allred served in the U.S. Army from 1944 to 1946.
Donald Allred a native Texan, was drafted into the U.S. Army in 1944. He served in the North Apennines during World War II as a Sniper with the 338th Infantry Division, Company B. Mr. Allred left the service in 1946 and returned to farming in Howard County, Texas. He now resides at the Lamun Lusk Sanchez Texas State Veterans Home in Big Spring, Texas.
