Luisa Velez served in the U.S. Navy from 2000 to 2005.
Luisa Velez joined the U.S. Navy in 2000 as a Hospital Corpsman. She was deployed twice for Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2004 and 2005. After her service in the Navy, Ms. Velez joined the U.S. Air Force Reserve until 2008. Ms. Velez now resides in Duncanville, Texas.
