Ernest Smith served in the U.S. Air Force from 1951 to 1955.
Ernest Smith joined the U.S. Air Force in 1951.He served with the 5039th Food Service Squadron as a Mess Cook. Mr. Smith served at Nellis Air Force Base and at Elmendorf Air Force Base in Anchorage, Alaska until his discharge in 1955. He now resides at the Lamun Lusk Sanchez Texas State Veterans Home in Bonham, Texas.
