Oral History: Shaffer, William

William Shaffer joined the U.S. Air Force in 1968. He traveled around the world and served in Thailand, Germany, and had a tour in Vietnam. Mr. Shaffer reached the rank of Sgt and then received his Commission and retired as a Major in 1991. He now resides at the Frank M. Tejeda Texas State Veterans Home in Floresville, Texas.
