Pete Rocha served in the U.S. Navy in WWII. Initially assigned as an aviation supply clerk in Key West, Fl, Mr. Rocha eventually transferred to the amphibious forces and attended training at Little Creek, VA. He would ultimately see action in the Pacific with the role landing Marines on beaches during amphibious assaults.
