Ronnie Pinkston signed up for the U.S. Army in 1965. He was a Light Weapons Infantryman and served in Vietnam. He received two Purple Hearts for the injuries he received while in action in Vietnam. Mr. Pinkston now resides at the Clyde W Cosper Texas State Veterans Home in Bonham, Texas.
