Floyd Perry served as a Marine infantryman in Vietnam with Mike Company, 3rd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment. He was in the Marine Corps from 1966 to 1971 and was awarded the Purple Heart after being wounded in action, and also the Bronze Star. Today he is an ordained pastor and lives in Houston.
