Charles Jennings served in the U.S. Air Force from 1966 to 1986.
Mr. Jennings joined the U.S. Air Force in 1966. He served in supply and then with the Inspector Generals Office as an inspector. After retirement in 1986, Mr. Jennings went into the ministry and became a Pastor. He now resides at the Frank M. Tejeda Texas State Veterans Home in Floresville, Texas.
