Oral History: Howard, Jack

Jack Howard, a native of Palestine, Texas served in the U.S. Navy from 1943 to 1945. Upon release from active duty he stayed in the U.S. Naval Reserves until 1966. Mr. Howard joined the Texas General Land Office in 1961 and served as the director of Exploration & Development Division before his retirement in 1985. Mr. Howard now resides in Austin, Texas.
