Oral History: Ervin, Jack

Jack Ervin was drafted into the U.S. Air Force in 1956. He worked as an aircraft mechanic working on B-47’s and C-130 aircraft. Mr. Ervin traveled to Africa, England, France, German, India, and Turkey and left the service in 1965 and became a long haul truck driver and farmer for thirty-eight years. Mr.Ervin now resides at the Clyde W. Cosper Texas State Veterans Home in Bonham, Texas.
