Clara Culver a native of Elk City, Oklahoma served in the U.S Air Force during Vietnam as a flight nurse. Ms. Culver retired in 1984 with the rank of Lt. Col. She now resides at the William R. Courtney Texas State Veterans Home in Temple, Texas.
