Jeff Coulter served in the U.S. Army from 1988 - 2016.
Jeff Coulter joined the U.S. Army Reserves in December 1988 as a high school junior. He served in Desert Storm as a Track Vehicle Mechanic with the 23rd Engineer Battalion 3rd AD. In 2003 he received his commission, and served as the Operations Officer and Battle Captain with the Nuristan Provincial Reconstruction Team in Afghanistan. Major Coulter retired in 2016, and is now a JROTC Instructor in Odessa, Texas.
