Oral History: Brown, Chester

Chester Brown was a native of Austin and a graduate of the University of Texas when he was commissioned as a 2nd Lt in the U.S. Marine Corps. He served as an infantry officer and saw a good deal of combat throughout the Pacific, and especially on Okinawa. He was later recalled to active service during the Korean War. Today he resides in Conroe.
