Charles Bell joined the U.S. Army in 1951. He worked on the Nike Ajax, Hercules, and Hawk missile systems. Mr. Bell retired in 1977 as a Hawk Maintenance Chief after spending over twenty-six years in the military. After retirement, he worked for the civil service as a teacher for the Hawk missile system. He now resides at the Ambrosio Guillen Texas State Veterans Home in El Paso, Texas.
