Teachers on the Mission-Aransas Estuary

Summary

The University of Texas at Austin will help teachers educate students about the diversity, quality, quantity, functions, and values of coastal natural resource areas, how humans impact these areas, and the benefits inherent in protecting them. The goal will be achieved by providing hands-on, field-based, professional development training for teachers at four sites within the Mission-Aransas National Estuarine Research Reserve.
