South Padre Island Park Rd. 100-Beach Nourishment

Project Description

This project was divided into two phases: the first phase consisted of dune restoration in numerous areas of the county beach, whereas the second phase involved beach nourishment for approximately 2,000 feet of South Padre’s heavily used beach. The project was completed in April 2001.
